Includes: 10-15 Minute steam experience with a guided womb meditation, please wear a long loose skirt or dress. 40 consultation to review your menstrual cycle and other issues you may be dealing with Recommendations for herbs, setup, and frequency of pelvic steaming, if applicable. *Please note that other modalities such as herbal smoking or soaking may be more ideal for you to start with (or to use in combination with steaming); I will advise you based on your unique conditions. Recommendations on which supplies to purchase from me (not included in package price) “How to Set up a Steam, Smoke, and Soak” instructions and or educational videos Period care guidelines Food therapy and lifestyle recommendations including how to live in sync with your cycle One month of virtual support (WhatsApp, or email, — your preference) while you implement your protocol ❌ Never steam while on your period ❌ Never steam while pregnant (unless 37 weeks plus) ❌ Never steam with a burning itch ❌ Please note that steaming can affect the cycle length, if you are using FAM or any other natural contraception method be extra careful with your fertile days, if you want to avoid pregnancy, DO NOT use apps that predict ovulation.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule pleas notify us 48 hours in advance. All later cancelations will be charged 50% up to 24 hours in advance and 100% there after.
